A challenging, Tabata-style program, that features fast-changing aerobic/anaerobic intervals. You'll build stamina and blast fat with two super-effective fitness techniques. The first is High-Intensity Interval Training — 30 seconds of maximum-effort movement followed by 15 seconds of recovery. You'll perform that sequence a total of 36 times (twelve different exercises repeated three times each). The moves are nearly all higher-impact plyometrics — from plank jacks and tuck jumps to "plank quarter turns" and "Russian Dances" (but Amy does show slightly easier options). The workout ends with the second technique: Threshold Training. You'll do the full 12-exercise sequence with absolutely no breaks (it's tough!). ©2012.
