Ms Rachel from myus is the worse she said items will all be cancelled if not available and doesnt allow substitutions even the customers requested. Please if there is someone here, please make a complain about the attitude of this agent. Because of this, me and my friends will leave myus, we are 10 loyal members and we will leave because of this agent. She requested the order processor to cancel order and wont allow substitutions

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE OF NOT CHECKING AND NOT TAKING THE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY.

They won't let you choose the cheapest shipping option, so THEY will select "the best" carrier, which leads to exorbitant rates.
They also charge a 100% tax on top of that.
Then you have to pay customs, tax, fees in your country.

My product cost 55 USD and I ended up paying 120 USD for 14 day delivery!

I contacted them about the 100% tax mark up, NO response ever.

IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
NEVER AGAIN!

I have never been more upset with a…

I have never been more upset with a courier service. I specifically mentioned budget shipping and instead I got express shipping, the most expensive type of shipping. They don’t bother confirming it with you even if the shipping will cost $170 or more. It’s so upsetting.

Will Not Use This Company Again! Do Not Recommend.

I had only just became a member to order jeans from GAP USA and ship to the UK. Unfortunately the order was sent in two shipments to MyUS.com. There was no option to pay additional or upgrade for the shipments to be consolidated. So I was charged more in MyUS.com shipping for two packages to the same address than the actual purchase price of the items. Absolutely ridiculous! I do not recommend nor would I use this company again.

Do NOT use this company

I recently moved abroad and was searching for a service to ship things that I normally order in the US. I thought MyUS looked reputable. But I was wrong. (I wish I had read the many reddit posts warning against using them!) They shipped items without properly labeling them for import and so they were returned. Now they're refusing to refund the $98 in shipping that I paid as well as the import fees that I pre-paid. So now I'm out over $400 in total and still don't have the items that I ordered. It's a horrible experience. They don't know what they're doing. Go elsewhere for your expat shipping needs!

myUS is the best option

This is a serious service where you are required to inform yourself and read. Pretty much everything is automated. If you don't, you will end up paying something that you do not need like taxes.

Do not let them handle taxes for you, do it yourself.

They don't work over weekend so you won't be able to ship on Sunday, other than that everything is OK.

MyUS is the best option online, do not trust those people who left 1-3 stars, those are mostly people who misunderstood what they are paying, or have checked few extra options that they do not need.

MyUS has delivered excellent service, they do what they promise. Very clear communication with even photos of the packages. They combined two packages to lower the shipping costs. Sent very quickly. Excellent service overall, I will definitely use this more often.

Their customer service and package handling are excellent. They are more than honest to customers. When I ask help from chat and management they are always helping me and find me the best solution. If you want choose a freight forwarding address. Please choose MYUS. They will give you best service. Please trust my reviews. MyUS and MyUS management , MyUS chat team are the best for us. They will never ever regret their customers neither disappointed ever. Trust me. MyUS chat team is the best support team in the world coming from a company. Worst service ever!
They write different prices from the actual price, and because of this, I've been asked to pay tax!
In WhatsApp, they will get back to you after 10 hours, but if you do not respond within 5 minutes, they will close the ticket!
I deleted their numbers and website and want nothing from them any more!

Avoid

Hidden fees and wrong allocation of items in packages. Extremely expensive to ship from US to Europe. A package worth ca. 270 Euro would cost ca. 100 Euro more, which would also increase the tax massively. In the end one pays 450-500 Euro for items you can get cheaper in Europe… Try other companies, they might be cheaper…

Extortion at its finest

Extortion at its finest. Once they have your package its the end of any customer service and when you complain they curtly offer to close your account knowing they have your package. It’s cheaper and safer to use FEDEX or similar directly. You can only contact a call centre if you have a problem not anyone actually able to assist you.

Rejected application, rude customer service rep

Was referred to their site by a private seller who uses them, and they rejected my application without reason or explanation.

I contacted the live chat and spoke to an extremely rude customer service agent called Mark who gave cold, and unhelpful responses.

After reading all the other reviews here, I’m glad they rejected.

Package lost

Package lost

The MyUS UK branch changed their warehouse address, so that packages sent to the old address are lost. Customer Service confirmed this but refused to pay the value of the lost package.

A responsible company would have set up a 6- or 12-month forwarding service, and add a big note to the box warning of the address change. Instead, they sent an inconspicuous email that looked like the usual spam.

Unprofessional. AVOID!

This company simply stole my money...

This company simply stole my money in January and did not deliver anything. They ignore my emails, they fob me off on chat with promises of getting back to me and never do and then, to top it off, have the cheek to send me a customer satisfaction survey.
