Barnevernet, give back to Cvetelina Oland her children

Cvetelina Оland is a Bulgarian citizen living in Norway, the mother of two children aged 10 and 11 who have dual citizenship - Bulgarian and Norwegian. She is well integrated into society, has a good social status, is a good mother and never had problems with Norwegian child protection service. Cvetelina recently divorced her Norwegian husband and the children stayed with her. According to what the children say, the father behaves roughly with them, speaking insultingly against their mother and her motherland Bulgaria. As a result, children refuse to visit him. Then Barnevernet, the Norwegian Child Protection Agency, takes the children from their mother without warning, separate them and places them in two different foster families, prohibiting any contact between the children and their mother and other relatives.
Cvetelina Oland is accused of manipulating the children against their father, and in this case it seems to be the contrary. It is unacceptable for this reason to sepate abruptly the children between them, with their mother and closed relatives, without any right to be contacted. Also the children are forbidden to speak bulgarian and to practice their favorite sport. This is in violation of their basic human rights and causes much more pain than "help".
Following a coverage by the leading Bulgarian channel bTV, the public has been informed of her case and of Barnevernet's vicious practices. The Bulgarian society is acquainted with many other cases of unduly kidnapped children - Bulgarian, Norwegian, and other nationalities.
In many cases, Barnevernet does not respect the children's desire to stay with their parents, acts suddenly and unjustifiably, does not offer measures and help within the family, their unproven reasons are disproportionate to the tragedy they cause to children and parents.
I create this petition because I am an active citizen of the Bulgarian society and, after learning the abundant information about Barnevernet, I can not remain indifferent to the situation of Cvetelina Oland's children as well as to the hundreds of other children unjustly taken away from their parents and traumatized for their whole life.
This leads to a serious emotional collapse of the children, which poses a danger for their development as a complete personalities and their realization in the society in the future. The children were not at risk, were not beaten or abused by their mother, their health, life and good upbringing were not threatened. That was the conclusion by the social workers a few months earlier. This act of separation constitutes a gross violation of the rights of both children and is in violation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, ratified both by the Kingdom of Norway and by the Republic of Bulgaria.
I fully solidarize with the protest letter of Einar Salvesen, signed by 172 Norwegian professionals - psychologists, lawyers, social workers, criticizing the serious shortcomings of the Organization and the work of Barnevernet. And by saying that due to these shortcomings of the system and all the information about the actions and real practices, I do not trust the Barnevernet, the municipal services, the experts and the judicial authorities, acting in the field of protection of children in the Kingdom of Norway.
It is time that Norway takes full actions in reviewing, investigating and reforming Barnevernet! It is time that this unjust, dysfunctional and evil system stops creating more family tragedies and stand for what they are meant to do: protect the best interest of the child! It is time that Norway finally comprehends and admits the wrongdoing and seizes the terror it has been imposing to this day! It is time that Norway stops censoring its citizens; this is not 1940 anymore!!! It is time that Norway stops oppressing the less rich, the less educated, the single parents, the immigrants, the visible minorities! It is time to say enough! Enough with manipulating the system, tormenting the parents and torturing the children; enough with the state corruption, enough with tearing families apart! The world is now aware of the dark secrets of Norway, notwithstanding how much it invests on the international propaganda.
