Свързах се с банката ми – те твърдят, че при тях проблем няма и че не виждат неуспешни тракзакции, т.е. въобще не са ги регистрирали.
От PayPal също ми отговориха светкавично. Те пък казват следното:
"I've reviewed your account and can see that the payment has been denied by your credit card company.
The only information we received is that your card company denied the usage of your card with PayPal at the time.
Here are some common reasons why the card company may have denied the payment:
• Your card details (such as address, expiry date, etc.) don't exactly match the details you registered with PayPal. (Please check your PayPal account to be sure your card details are up to date.)
• There could be a limit on your card that's been exceeded.
• Your card company could be temporarily unable to make online payments.
I'd encourage you to contact your card company and speak to someone who deals with online payments to find out why this payment was denied. Please note that the general customer service at your bank may not be able to provide this information.
You may be able to complete this payment after you've spoken to your credit card company and resolved the issue."
